We just came off of a very cool mid-week performance at Simpson's in Waupaca, where we helped celebrate the merger of three central Wisconsin newspapers. We had a great response, including the following from the person who hired us: "You guys are the best band ever!"

A bit much? Probably, but we'll take it!

It's true that we've made some recent improvements to our live sound that are making the Uptown sound bigger and better, and we are thrilled about it. Come see us soon, and you'll hear what we mean...

Fox Valley fans, we have new dates for you! It's been a while since we've been in the Valley, but we just added dates at the St. James Lounge in three different locations: Neenah, Oshkosh, and Darboy (Appleton). For more info, check out the calendar.

Thanks to everyone who joined us Friday in Stevens Point!

We tried a couple new things, which seemed to work really well.  This was the first time we played with some pre-recorded rhythm tracks on certain songs, plus we debuted two of Mike's original instrumental tunes--"Fat Monday" and "Meant What I Said."  We also really enjoyed meeting some new friends and music fans.

This isn't an Uptown show, but Mike and Bill are both performing in the Joan Rivers show at the Lake of the Torches Casino in Lac du Flambeau, WI.  Shows are on Saturday, February 7, at 7 and 9 PM.
